31 December 2007

It was Christmas morning...

Son, did you wash the dishes?

Yes Mom! Merry Christmas! How did you know?

The floor is all wet.

Ok jokes aside...

We don’t fight for victory

We fight to remain on the side of victory

I think GuardiAngel and the Jerk are actually becoming closer.

29 December 2007

What are you fighting for?

I run in a race
I begin to fall behind
I stop running.
It’s only a race

I sit for a test
I realise it’s hopeless
I keep trying
It’s not about beating others

I’ve been disappointed
In my lack of fighting spirit.
I should not have been disappointed
Becsuse I don’t have the fighting spirit.

I don’t fight to beat others
I fight for survival
I fight for the survival
Of all that I believe in

In the harshest of conditions
In the lowest points of morale
When people begin to change
I fight to remain

What am I fighting for?
Not to win a little race
Not to beat the guy in front of me
Not to show off to any body

No
I fight for a bigger cause
I fight in the ultimate battle
I fight for the survival
Of my character.

Sunset

Remember, remember,
The Tenth of December,
The Longest call I’ve ever got.
The hour eleven
Two thousand and seven
Shall never be forgot.

Remember, remember,
Eleventh December,
The jungle hat that I had bought.
Though this buy was sudden
What great jubilation
This Happy Hat had brought.

Remember, remember,
The Twelfth of December,
The Friend I had longed for and sought.
Her firm Confirmation
Brought peace and elation
To one whose heart had not.

Remember, remember,
On Thirteen December,
Remember the war that was fought.
Though many have fallen
Our Victory is certain
With friends we hold the fort.

Remember, remember,
Fourteenth December,
The biggest round I’ve ever shot.
The Punch of percussion
And Force of destruction
Was very, very hot.

31. I’ve been careful not to go into a relationship till I’m mature enough.
32. I’ve been praying about my future job since young
33. Actually, I pray a lot.
34. I was a top debater in school
35. But I choose not to argue
36. I’d encourage the outcast and the oppressed instead

Tell you the truth
I only used to want to kill that jerk
Now…
He’s not that bad.

And Rainbow Girl agrees.
